SureClaim Administrators, LLC (“SureClaim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”) to provide notices and information concerning class-action proceedings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information associated with visits to the Site.
This policy covers this notice website and communications about privacy. Separate privacy notices may apply to claim submission systems or other services linked from the Site.
Information we collect. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors access notices and documents. The information processed includes:
- Website activity: Pages visited, event dates and times, referring websites, and filtered website address information.
- Selected interactions: Clicks on PDF download links and selected buttons, together with general labels identifying the public document or button involved.
- Approximate location: Country, state or region, and city estimated from an IP address. We do not request GPS location or collect precise location coordinates through our analytics.
- Technical information: Device type, browser and operating-system information, and analytics software version.
- Connection information: An IP address processed when a request is received and a temporary request-derived identifier used to count visitors.
Information is collected from your browser’s interactions with the Site. Some technical information may qualify as personal information under applicable law even when it does not include your name.
If you contact us about privacy, we also collect the contact information and request details you provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account information, or claim documentation in a privacy request.
IP addresses and visitor measurement. Your IP address is processed to handle the incoming request and estimate your country, state or region, and city. We do not retain raw IP addresses in our analytics records, include them in custom event details, or export them into traffic reports.
Vercel Web Analytics uses a temporary identifier derived from the incoming request to count visitors without analytics cookies. According to Vercel, this identifier resets daily and does not track a visitor between different days or different websites. The daily reset does not mean that aggregate reports and event statistics are deleted daily.
Hosting and security services may separately process or retain IP addresses to deliver requests, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the Site. Those records are separate from Web Analytics and are subject to the retention disclosures below.
How we use information. We use website activity, interaction, approximate-location, and technical information to measure traffic, understand how notices and public documents are accessed, and improve website navigation and functionality.
We use connection and security information as reasonably necessary to deliver the Site, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, protect information, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use analytics to identify individual class members, determine claim eligibility, infer sensitive personal characteristics, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning visitors.
We use privacy correspondence to respond to inquiries, verify requests when necessary, and document compliance.
Limits on event tracking. We configure analytics events to record general actions, such as selecting a download link or clicking a button. We do not include names, email addresses, claim numbers, individual access codes, form contents, or other visitor-specific information in event labels or properties.
We exclude or redact visitor-specific and sensitive information from page addresses and query parameters before sending them to analytics. Our analytics does not record the contents of downloaded documents, keystrokes, or session replays.
Service providers and other disclosures. We disclose the analytics information described above to Vercel, which provides Web Analytics. Hosting, content-delivery, maintenance, and security providers may process connection and technical information. Providers supporting our communications and privacy request management may process privacy correspondence.
We require providers processing personal information on our behalf to protect it and restrict its use in accordance with applicable contracts and law.
We may disclose information to courts, government authorities, legal advisers, or other recipients when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to protect website security or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may provide aggregate traffic and document-access reports to parties involved in administering the notice program. These reports do not contain raw IP addresses or direct personal identifiers.
No sale or advertising use. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
These practices apply to all visitors, including those under age 16.
Retention. We retain information according to the following schedule:
- Raw IP addresses in analytics: Not retained in our analytics records or reports.
- Temporary analytics visitor identifier: Resets daily.
- Analytics event records and reports, including approximate location: [Insert verified retention period or specific retention criteria, including any exported reports.]
- Hosting and security records: [Identify any retained IP addresses or other connection information and the applicable retention period; state if raw IP addresses are not retained.]
- Privacy correspondence and request records: [Insert retention period or specific retention criteria.]
We retain information longer only when necessary and permitted or required to address an identified security incident, comply with a legal obligation or preservation requirement, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or deidentify it. We maintain deidentified information in that form and do not attempt to reidentify it, except as permitted by law.
Previous collection and disclosures. [Insert the confirmed categories of personal information collected and disclosed during the preceding 12 months, including any earlier server-log practices, and confirm whether any information was sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.]
Cookies and privacy signals. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or permit tracking through the Site across unrelated websites for advertising.
The Site does not change its analytics or essential hosting and security processing in response to the browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. Our practices prohibiting sales, advertising sharing, and targeted advertising apply whether or not you enable Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal. We honor such signals where required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights. Visitors in any U.S. state may contact us to request:
- Confirmation of whether we process their personal information and access to that information.
- Information about the categories and specific information collected, its sources, processing purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion of personal information.
- A copy of personal information in a portable format, where technically feasible.
- A list of specific third-party recipients where required by applicable law.
Requests are subject to applicable verification requirements and legal exceptions. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to opt out of sales, advertising sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling, or to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not engage in those advertising or profiling activities or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors.
We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We will provide a written decision within 45 days, or sooner if required by law, subject to any legally permitted extension. Our decision will explain the outcome and provide information about contacting the appropriate state attorney general or other privacy regulator.
Security. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We provide notifications of security incidents when required by applicable law.
Children. The Site provides information for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian may contact us about a child’s information or exercise applicable rights on the child’s behalf.
Other websites. Linked websites may collect information under their own privacy policies. Review the applicable policy before providing information through another website.
Policy changes. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will also post a prominent notice on the Site and provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law.
